MOU with Employees Provident Fund (EPF)
Kota Damansara, 2 July 2024 – Halo Delivery has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) to enable its gig workers to contribute to i-Saraan KWSP, providing a robust retirement saving plan for their future.
The MoU was signed with EPF represented by its Chief Operating Officer, YBhg. En. Sazaliza Zainuddin. The ceremony was graced by the presence of distinguished guests, including YBhg. Datuk Fadzli Abdul Wahit, Senior Vice President & Head of Digital Transformation Division at MDEC, YBhg. En. Mohd Rodzi Abu Bakar, Head of Product Management & Marketing at EPF and YBhg. En. Redzuan Abdul Rahim, Director of Sharing Economy Development Department at MDEC.
The i-Saraan KWSP is a program designed specifically for gig workers, offering flexible contribution options, investment opportunities, and educational resources. This initiative aims to help gig workers build a solid financial foundation for their future.
